The JEVN was built around a simple standard: do the work correctly, communicate clearly, and never treat quality as optional. Too many projects look impressive on the surface while the real problems are hidden behind the walls — poor preparation, weak waterproofing, uneven substrates, unclear scope, and shortcuts that only reveal themselves later. We built this company to work the opposite way.

Every project starts with a site visit and a written, itemized scope — reviewed and approved before any work begins. No surprises. No verbal agreements that shift once the job is underway.
We plan every phase in advance: material compatibility, substrate condition, waterproofing requirements, and permit coordination where applicable. Technical accuracy is verified before installation, not corrected after.
Execution is organized. Dust barriers are in place before the first cut. The work area is cleaned at the end of every workday. Homeowners should be able to live normally in the rest of the home throughout the project.
